Why we're different

Designed by people who've taken the 9am call from the wrong hemisphere.

Verified, not claimed

Listings say "fast wifi." We say "214 Mbps, speed-tested in that room, on that date". We check backup power, desk quality and call-proof quiet the same way.

Timezone-first design

Every trip is built backwards from your working hours, so the mountains, the ocean and the golden hours happen around your calendar, not instead of it.

Your bookings, your name

We're a design service, not a travel agent. Every reservation is direct with the airline, the apartment, the operators: full protections, loyalty points, freedom to change anything.

Where the briefs go

Pick a timezone. Keep your standup.

Every destination is scored on overlap with your team’s hours, verified connectivity, and what stepping outside feels like in January. A few favourites, and the list keeps growing:

While you're away

Your flat can fund the trip.

Eight weeks away is eight weeks your home could be earning. Our hosting team lists and manages your place while you travel: pricing, vetted guests, professional cleans between stays, one monthly statement. All inside London's 90-night short-let rules, with a simple management fee taken only from what you earn. Mention it in your brief and your mini-proposal will include an honest earnings estimate for your address.

The part nobody tells you

You probably already have permission.

Dozens of major employers now run formal work-from-abroad allowances, typically 30 to 90 days a year that most people never use. We track the policies, design inside the rules, and include a one-page summary you can forward straight to HR.

Who this is built for

For the person who books for everyone else.

Inbound or outbound: a month-long assignment into London, or your own people finally using the work-from-abroad allowance. Same product, same folio, same zero-overhead model.

People & HR: a benefit people use

Most work-from-abroad allowances go unused because planning is the barrier. Remove it, and the policy becomes the perk it was meant to be, with policy-compliant durations and an HR-ready summary on every proposal.

Mobility & ops: land working

An engineer arriving in London for a month is productive on day one: verified wifi near the office, a real desk, transfers booked, eSIM sorted. One audit-ready folio per trip, no receipts chase.

Finance: nothing to onboard

We're a design service, not a travel supplier: no contracts, no held client money, no commission baked into prices. Travel goes direct on your cards with provider receipts; design fees invoice monthly.

Fair questions

Asked before you ask.

Why wouldn't I just plan this myself?
You absolutely can. It takes most people 20–40 hours across a dozen tabs, and the things that ruin working trips (wifi that tests at a tenth of the listing, "quiet" flats on nightlife streets, timezone maths that eats your mornings) don't show up in reviews. We've done the verification once so you don't gamble two months on it.
What exactly does the £49 buy?
The full proposal: named flights with live fares, the exact verified apartment, workspace memberships, experiences matched to your brief, a week-by-week plan, cost folio, and direct booking links for all of it, plus one full redesign if the first version isn't right, and a designer on call for your whole trip. One fee covers the whole trip and everyone on it: £49 per proposal, never per person. If it's still not right, the £49 comes back.
How do you make money beyond the £49?
Some booking links pay us a small referral commission at no cost to you. It never affects what we recommend: every option is chosen before we check whether it pays, and we tell you which links are referrals.
Do you handle my bookings or hold my money?
Never. We design; you book directly with each provider under their terms, in your name. That keeps your consumer protections intact and your money out of anyone's middle layer, including ours.
Is working abroad even allowed: visas, tax, my employer?
For typical stays inside your employer's policy window it's well-trodden ground, and your proposal includes the entry requirements for your passport plus the HR-ready summary. We're not lawyers or tax advisers though. Anything beyond standard policy lengths, we'll flag and point you to proper advice.
Can my home really help pay for this?
Often, yes. A well-listed one-bed in a good London neighbourhood can cover a meaningful slice of a two-month trip. Our hosting team manages everything while you're away, for a management fee taken only from what you earn. Two honest caveats: you'll need the right permissions first (mortgage or lease terms, buildings insurance, freeholder rules), and London caps entire-home short lets at 90 nights per calendar year. We design inside both.
Are you a travel supplier we'd need to onboard?
No, and that's the point. We're a design service: there's no agency contract, no held client money, and no travel spend flowing through us. The only commercial relationship is a per-proposal design fee, invoiced monthly. Everything bookable goes direct between you and each provider, on your cards, under their terms.
Can you bring people into a city, not just send them abroad?
Yes, inbound assignments are the same product. Someone joining you in London for a month gets the same proposal: a verified base near your office, workspace, transfers from the airport, and a practical file for settling in fast.
What about duty of care?
Every base is vetted for neighbourhood, backup power and connectivity; every proposal names exactly where your person is staying and working, with a designer on call throughout. Because bookings are direct and in their name, your existing travel-safety and insurance arrangements apply unchanged.
What does the £99 premium trip add?
Apartment and home-style stays instead of hotels: we hand-source individual properties, vet the host, verify the wifi per property and negotiate length-of-stay rates. That takes real hours per trip, which is what the higher fee covers. The standard £49 trip sticks to verified aparthotels with instant confirmation.
